FERRARI CHALLENGE

The Ferrari Challenge was developed by Ferrari as a "gentleman driver" program designed to allow Ferrari enthusiasts the opportunity to drive Ferraris as they are meant to be driven: at speed on a race track. Drivers in the Ferrari Challenge drive a special model of the Ferrari 360 Modena, the 360 Challenge with identical specifications and race preparation. This "one design" concept makes the driver the performance difference, not the car. Ferrari of Houston provides technical, racing, and logistical support for Ferrari Challenge Drivers; the Ferrari of Houston team has produced more Championship Challenge Drivers than any other team in North America. At the end of the Challenge Season, Drivers are invited to the World Championships which are staged in Italy at one of the famous Italian tracks.

RISI COMPETIZIONE

Risi Competizione is a professional racing team organized and managed by Giuseppe Risi, the owner and dealer principal of Ferrari and Maserati of Houston dealerships. One of the world's top teams in sports car and endurance racing, Risi Competizione races its own Ferrari 360GT cars as well as providing full racing services for select private clients. The team has been extremely successful. In 2002, a Risi managed and prepared team completed a perfect season, winning the SRPII Grand American championship with 10 wins, 10 poles, and 10 fastest laps. The team also won its class at the 24 Hours of Daytona and was third overall. Risi Competizione's 360GT has been on the podium for every race it's entered in 2002 and started 2003 with second overall at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona.
